Its is a simple application which records your foot steps movements and along with that is measures

- distance covered miles/km
- speed
- time duration
- distance covered per hour
its is just like your pocket diary which takes records automatically and helps you keep updated with your routine walk,jogging ,running.
it works simply on your mobile sensors ,and uses them to take measurements. you can also change its sensitivity

HOW TO USE :

- Touch on the icon of Fitness Health Pedometer and open the application, just to make sure weather the application is running or not shake our phone , it will start working automatically, put it in your pocket and start your running,walk ...
- you can change your settings and increase or decrease the sensors movements.
- time level settings
- set and reset the calculated readings.
- In order to display the correct number of burned calories, please enter your age, gender, weight and step length accurately.
- In order to display the correct distance and speed, please enter your step length accurately.
